3 weeks online, 2 days in person $900 (Out of town, minimum 5 students)
Must purchase Phlebotomy Handbook 10th Edition via (Bookstores, Amazon, Kindle, etc.) before class starts

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
Enrollment Deposit of $350 (non-refundable) to get started
Remaining balance must be paid in full before in person session begins

An in-person assessment is required before taking the refresher (must be scheduled)
